Help Me Choose
Wireless Gateways are the interface between your computer and the Wireless Sensors in your network. The ZigBee PRO network features:
- Mesh networking for extended reach
- Two-levels of AES 128-bit encryption for complete security
- Frequency agility to ensure your network is always online
- Dynamic routing to ensure all communications adapt to the changing radio environment
Choose a simple USB stick if you plan to set up the network on a temporary basis or close to your PC.
If you want a permanent installation and do not wish to dedicate a PC to collecting data close the the sensors, choose an Ethernet gateway that can be connected via a local area network (LAN).
Always choose a Standard Range or extended Long Range to match your sensors. If you mix Standard and Long range sensors and gateways your network will not beneft from the longer range products.
