When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All orders are acepted subject only to our standard terms and conditions of supply.

Delivery Policy

If what you order is in stock we will endeaour to dispatch your order right away. You will normally receive your order within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 business days.

If your order includes items that are not in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone before deciding how to proceed.

Invoicing and Billing

Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added. This rate is subject to change in line with current legislation.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. Credit card transactions are handled on our behalf by PayPal Pro.

Returns Policy

We ensure your satisfaction with the following warranties:

• All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble money-back warranty. If you do not like what you have bought, simply return it to us and we will refund the amount paid for the goods. We will not refund the carriage you paid and you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in re-salable condition and are delivered to us within 15 working days from when you received the goods.
  
• Domestic customers from within the European Union are further protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

All goods being returned must be marked with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which you can obtain by contacting us.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
